I give Jill Patel a 5 rating! I rarely give that rating to anything, but Jill was knowledgeable, professional, personable, patient, etc!! She made the experience top notch. I switched to Rocket Mortgage because of Jill and the easy load process. I switched to Rocket Mortgage because I got the best rate. I switched to Rocket Mortgage because they were prompt and kept the process moving ...I give Jill Patel a 5 rating! She is always prompt, always professional, and always personable. She is also always checking-in throughout the process to make sure the experience is going well and that everything is in order. Her attention to client service is probably some of the best that I have experienced. I cannot see myself going to anyone else to answer my financing questions or handle my loans.

There was even a natural disaster in my area when I was suppose to be getting the appraisal and closing done so she extended everything a week so there was time to get it all done.
