Michelle is very pleasant,knowledgeable and friendly did not try to pressure me, took care of every detail. Sat in the car with me and showed me all the features and explained their functions, including navigation system, onstar, cd player recording system,, keyless entry, hands free phone. took her time, I was amaze with her great attitude, after showing me everything, she asked me did I have any questions? Other dealerships are pale by comparison to Les Stanford Cadillac of Dearborn, MI. Here is an example, I, sent emails to several other dealerships requesting a quote, waited several days no reply.
