I was introduced to Goran simply by calling in the office on a Sunday evening and leaving a message after my wife and I saw the car in the lot. Goran returned the phone the very next day , made an appointment and treated me like I was his important customer.

I am very keen on customer service and it is as important, if not more, than the product one came to purchase. Goran sold the car, delivered the car, and once I left the sale department he interceded and introduced me to the Service Manager.
I call Goran for referrals on other services for my car and he is a jewel and when he sold my beautiful 97, he had only been the company for a couple of months.
