When I decided to purchase a new 2014 Corvette in September, 2013 and was confronted with all of the hype and rush that everyone was experiencing just to order one, I called Dennis at Les Stanford knowing the firms relationship with GM and Corvette allocation issues. Told him I wanted a specific build right after the first of the year and gave him a deposit. I called him on January 6 and told Dennis to "go" with my order. He had the order Accepted by GM on January 17. The car was built on February 21 and ultimately shipped from Toledo to Phoenix on March 8. Dennis kept me informed almost weekly while dealing with the lousy MI weather and rail delays. He also had arranged for a Courtesy Delivery in Phoenix and handled all of the necessary paper work in MI. What a great professional who knows his product and knows the the nuances of GM ordering. I was introduced to Goran simply by calling in the office on a Sunday evening and leaving a message after my wife and I saw the car in the lot. Goran returned the phone the very next day , made an appointment and treated me like I was his important customer.
I am very keen on customer service and it is as important, if not more, than the product one came to purchase. I am very keen on customer service and it is as important, if not more, than the product one came to purchase. Goran sold the car, delivered the car, and once I left the sale department he interceded and introduced me to the Service Manager.
I call Goran for referrals on other services for my car and he is a jewel and when he sold my beautiful 97, he had only been the company for a couple of months.
