My previous lender would never get back to me in a timely manner. My new agent hooked me up with Kim and her staff at OVM with a guarantee of closing in approximately 30 days and how 'bout that's exactly what happened! They not only had an immediate response with each and every one of my questions and my personal preferences, but they did it with grace and much patience. Thanks, Kim!

If I could take away stars entirely I would. OVM, from the beginning made mistake after mistake, tried to pass-the-buck and throw "former employees" under the bus for the situation. We nearly lost our home purchase because of their errors and inability to communicate with each other and their clients in a timely and professional manner. OVM, from the beginning made mistake after mistake, tried to pass-the-buck and throw "former employees" under the bus for the situation. We nearly lost our home purchase because of their errors and inability to communicate with each other and their clients in a timely and professional manner. If it was not for our dependable real-estate agent, we would have lost the house. I also had the opportunity to go with another lender that could have gotten me a better interest rate, which I was told they would look into matching- this never happened. I had to continually remind them to include items that they repeatedly missed. They falsified documents and communication to try and cover up their mistakes and make themselves look better. After a month of reminders to include a credit that we were getting from the seller, I noticed that it had not been included in the final documents. When I pointed this out, they argued that it was included, and I just was not seeing it. They were wrong again. This almost cost me $5,000.00, which would not have been able to be recovered. We ended up closing a month after we were supposed to, and now I have yet to receive the title, deed, nor a copy of the closing contract. It has been nearly 3 months. Legally, these documents are supposed to be provided within two weeks of the closing. If you value your sanity and do not want to pay a company for all of the work that you will surely have to put in to cover up their mistakes, I would highly suggest finding a different loan provided. Even our real-estate agent stated that this was the second worst closing he experienced in his 17 years in the business.Read More Read Less
