Based on my credit and background, he made sure that I got the lowest interest rate possible. I met Mr. Legum through my realtor. I am a first time homeowner and Mr. Legum made the loan process easy, and hassle free. Based on my credit and background, he made sure that I got the lowest interest rate possible. I was able to close and move into our house in under three months from starting from step one which was looking for a home. Mr. Legum and his staff at OVM Financial are very friendly and professional. They made sure that all my paperwork was in order and answered every question that I had about the loan process. All paperwork was done in house and I only had to make a total of three trips to his office which was to get the loan process started and sign paperwork. I had excellent communication with Aaron and his staff through email and the phone. I didn't think buying a house could be so easy. I would recommend Mr. Legum and OVM Financial to anyone who is looking to apply for a VA loan.

The beginning of my loan was a nightmare from hell. Once I met with Aaron, all things fell in placed. He explained this and that, passes my documents on. I would do business with this company as long as he an active member of the organization. Once things got in hands, all the personnel that I communicated with there on, was very helpful and I was able to have a successful closing.

A few years later he called and let me know that I was eligible to refi my home in order to take advantage of a lower rate. I sent him all of the documentation that he requested and he went to work.
