John is one of the best in the business! He puts the time into getting folks pre-approved that may have been passed on by other less experienced loan officers because he is knowledgeable and works really hard. Every step of the way, he is there to guide you all the way to closing. I love that John makes himself available not only during normal business hours but also on nights and weekends should you need to call him too. It shows that he cares about each person he works with.
