Mr. Beckwith was the key to us being able to get the mortgage that we wanted and needed. Because of self employment we had a very complicated mortgage application and previously been unable to obtain a mortgage. Mr. Beckwith and his staff were very professional, organized and wonderful.

Started off with a lot of phone calls and texts, really wasn't very hopeful as I was a victim of identity theft and my credit tanked. He gave me a small list of things todo and told me if iI took care of them he was confident he could pull something off. Well I did, and to my surprise he did too. I finally meet him face to face towards the end and again was surprised because he was not at all what I expected. And even though it was a stressful couple of months he kept me informed of everything and anything I didn't understand was broken down so I could, between him and my realtor I seriously doubt I could have found anyone better. Like I said I came in knowing my chances were slim more towards none and he made it seem easy. Highly recommend him.Read More Read Less
