He had to re-do financials 2-3 times to where I can afford monthly mortgage payments. Knowing this loan was below the norm, I feel not too many consultants will take the time to help obtain a loan for under $50K. Had client on a short sale whose initial mortgage was declined due to collateral issue. Needed to close in 2 weeks otherwise my client loses her earnest money and chance to buy the property.
