Ivy did some mortgage magic for us! We started out with a big credit union, found a house and then the builders refused our big lender and required a local lender. Ivy worked everything out for us over the weekend so our offer was 100% accepted and she made closing a complete breeze. She even came to closing to support us! She was amazing!
