I went to Pat O'Brien to get a rebate for a recalled item on my Colbalt. Upon walking to the door I was greeted by Reggie Langhorne. Of course being a big Browns fan I knew who he was and was pleasantly surprised. After talking with Reggie we decided to purchase a new car and get rid of the Colbalt. Pat O'Brien West - was great. We are happy with our 2013 Malibu - great on mileage and good power. Service has been nice - we had to go back a few times to have them reset our Blue Tooth and they were always gracious. We would return for another car in the future.

Buying the traverse was a good experience but we have had to come in for repairs about ten times and I fear car is a real lemon good thing we bought an extended warrenty or this would have cost several thousand dollars. Not happy with this purchase.
