I was referred to Pat O'Brein Chevrolet in Westlake by a friend of my husbands. I was approached by several salespeople. I chose to work with Mr. Reggie Langhorn. I was excited about getting a car but have had bad experiences in the past so I was very skeptical and apprehensive about the entire process. "I Hate It."
Reggie asked me what I wanted and showed me a few cars fitting my criteria. ...I was referred to Pat O'Brein Chevrolet in Westlake by a friend of my husbands. I was approached by several salespeople. I chose to work with Mr. Reggie Langhorn. I was excited about getting a car but have had bad experiences in the past so I was very skeptical and apprehensive about the entire process. "I Hate It."
Reggie asked me what I wanted and showed me a few cars fitting my criteria. I chose a beautiful Malibu. I gave them my information, went home and waited for the call, yah or ney. within a couple of hours, I was called to come pick up my New car. ( wasn't expecting that).
I went back in, finished the paperwork, all within about 2 hrs while the staff talked to and entertained my husband and kids.
Reggie took me to "MY" car, showed me all the in's and outs of it and I was on my way.
By far, THE best car buying experience ever!!!
I would definitly recommend Pat O'Brien Chevrolet, Westlake. and for sure Mr. Reggie Langhorn. ( May 2015, my sons car).

We were shopping for a car for my daughter and a friend referred us to Reggie Langhorne at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet in Westlake. Reggie took the time to listen to my daughter who would be the primary driver as well as me (mom) who was helping her out with the down payment and monthly payments. Reggie took the time and showed us different vehicles and pointed out the different features.

I appreciate that he took the time to listen and understand the budget, and never presented any cars to her that would be tempting and ultimately beyond my daughters budget. Upon delivery he took the time to explain the different features and assist in the set ups.

Overall, Reggie and all the other staff members that we have come in contact with throughout the purchase and subsequent service visits continue to demonstrate great customer service.
