We stopped at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet in Westlake, just to look,
we didn't realize they were open, I thought all car dealers were open late only on Mondays and Thursdays. We were actually looking at a different car, and had a bad experience at that car dealership, so we just stopped here. I think it was a Tuesday. I really wanted a small SUV, and definately not black. I fell in love with the Chevy Cruze LT, BLACK. Surprise, they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I really wasn't going to buy for a few more months. But it was so easy, their finance people, were great, and of course our salesman Dave was awesome. He showed us cars, and we drove a bunch, even to see the difference is size. It was a great experience, and I would definately buy my next car their. My husband is going to buy a new truck in a few years, and is looking at them also, (if only they would do bucket seats, it would be a definate positive).
I have recommended Pat O'brien to others.
The service department is great. I drop it off for the next day, and usually before I even get home, they are calling and saying its ready. If you are looking make sure to stop by Pat O'Brien Chevrolet is Westlake. They've got em, go and get em.

I had the very good fortune of stopping by at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet Westlake in May of 2009...I happened to see a 2004 Corvette Convertible that was just taken in as a trade and being brought out of the showroom to display outside...That is when i first met Ken Coles...WHAT an Outstanding person and salesperson with high character, trustworthiness and the highest integrity.
Needless to say, I ...I had the very good fortune of stopping by at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet Westlake in May of 2009...I happened to see a 2004 Corvette Convertible that was just taken in as a trade and being brought out of the showroom to display outside...That is when i first met Ken Coles...WHAT an Outstanding person and salesperson with high character, trustworthiness and the highest integrity.
Needless to say, I purchased my dream Corvette and most recently have purchased my 2013 Chevrolet Equinoz for my wife and "thinking" about making the big step of buying a new 2014 Corvette stingray...

I have been buying Chevy's for the past 30 years. I like Ken, my sales person at Pat O'Brien. He is easy to work with and low pressure. The only reason I don't give Pat O'Brien a 5 is because I feel like I the finance person was deceptive about the cost of the extended warranty that I ended up buying with my last Chevy Cruze. The service department gives good, fast service, but they need a new...I have been buying Chevy's for the past 30 years. I like Ken, my sales person at Pat O'Brien. He is easy to work with and low pressure. I had the pleasure of dealing with the finest Dealership in Northern Ohio ! Jeff Johnson was the sales person who greeted me four years ago. He knew I was retired and a widow. I needed a good car and he found it for me. He helped me to make the right decision after a time of my indecision. It's a great automobile and was with low mileage at the time. He really cared. I had the pleasure of dealing with Pat O'Brien West when I needed to upgrade my vehicle when our son was born. The entire experience was positive. My sales person, Chuck, listened to what I was looking for, which was great, that he actually listened and did not have a preconceived idea of what he wanted to sell me.
There were no high pressure sales tactics either and the negotiations went ...I had the pleasure of dealing with Pat O'Brien West when I needed to upgrade my vehicle when our son was born. The entire experience was positive. My sales person, Chuck, listened to what I was looking for, which was great, that he actually listened and did not have a preconceived idea of what he wanted to sell me.
There were no high pressure sales tactics either and the negotiations went naturally and Nothing was forced. The owner actually came out and spoke with me for a bit as well and thanked me for doing business with them. I felt very welcome.
