We are so happy that Mr Dennis Frandsen took care of our condo unit. He is very easy to work with, explained everything in detail. Bottomline is he is very honest, patient and someone you can rely on. We had our place listed and after 5 days got an offer. We got updates right away. Thank you again.

Do not use Property Guys..I have my house listed with them right now. When I call the number on the listing to see what a purchaser would hear.. here's what you get, the name of the agent saying the best way to reach him is by email or leave a message and he'll get back to you at his earliest convenience. Ten hours later we get a giving us another to call which is an answering service again which ...Do not use Property Guys..I have my house listed with them right now. I hired Nathan Dautovich to list my condo in downtown Toronto. I paid for the $4K marketing package. He convinced me that virtual staging was all I needed. One offer came in, and I didn't like the price. That was it. There was no phone call, email, or check-in for the next two months. When I told him he was fired, he convinced me I should give him another chance. I waited for another ten ...I hired Nathan Dautovich to list my condo in downtown Toronto. There was no phone call, email, or check-in for the next two months. When I told him he was fired, he convinced me I should give him another chance. I waited for another ten days, and again, nothing. No phone call, email or follow-up. His brokerage firm was much more reasonable; they cancelled my contract when I asked. I switched to another brokerage. They hired professional cleaners and a staging company, and a professional photographer. I received multiple offers. My condo was sold for $127K over asking. The most important fact is that my unit set a new price for the building; it's something Nathan told me I would never be able to get since I rejected the offer he negotiated for me. This organization is a farce. The franchise owner quit in the middle of the process AFTER I had received the payment financing through their third party finance company PayBright. So I get financed for the payment to property guys and then they abandon me and my listing, with zero support from head office. Horrible customer service. I was told that they (Property Guys) have no responsibility for ...This organization is a farce. The franchise owner quit in the middle of the process AFTER I had received the payment financing through their third party finance company PayBright. So I get financed for the payment to property guys and then they abandon me and my listing, with zero support from head office. Horrible customer service. I was told that they (Property Guys) have no responsibility for the payment I now have to make to PayBright for a service I did not receive. I have tried to contact the "manager" Nick Bedard with many phone messages with no response.
I had to hire a realestate agent, since I was left with no support from Property Guys. Run away from this company.Read MoreRead Less

disappointed with the follow up from Washago rep. good pics/ no magazine/ head-office blamed for everything that went wrong/ promised "something...refund or gift" never heard anything after sale..not even a thank you
