I have used Property Guys multiple times over the past 5 or 6 years, in several different communities and have had very positive results. The signage was good and the web site is very easy to navigate. I always list with them to move my properties because it is very cost effective.

I ended up selling a home after using Property Guys so I appreciated your service. More people need to look at this method of selling their homes. I feel it is a little ridiculous in what traditional real estate people charge for their services. Good luck in promoting your services and I would consider using this service again.

Their service was very professional. The pictures were high quality, and worked hard to get my house sold. My house had bee on the market for 1 year but after listing it with property guys I sold it within a few months. Because I did not have to pay the high realtors fees I could drop the price a bit and still after all legal fees had more then I had hoped for!

The home was up on the website quickly with beautiful pictures and a very accurate description. It was sold in 3 days! And property guys and their affiliates helped us navigate this process too.

learn how to become your own agent and learn on the job quickly. Property Guys have packages available at a cost depending what support you need from them.
I do recommend if you plan on going this route that you get your own appraisal done first and also get your land and estates ( preferably one familiar with Property Guys ) lawyer secured and ready to go. So if you are up for the CHALLENGE ) of selling your own home the Property Guys have staff that can support you through the process if you have questions etc.
The fun part of being your own agent is that you don't have to deal with a middle man . ( Real Estate agent ) So you deal directly with the potential buyer and mutually agree to the date and time of the showing. It was great meeting new people and we learned something NEW from each showing. Just one word of caution ...when you have a very serious buyer make sure you double check with your lawyer before you sign any papers !!!!
SO LITERALLY YOU DO THE WORK AND YOU PAY YOURSELF THE COMMISSION. IN OUR CASE AFTER PAYING LAWYER , APPRAISAL ETC.
WE HAD ENOUGH TO GO ON A 7 DAY Alaskan CRUISE . Our place took one year to sell but we ( my husband and I ) would do it over again. Our work and support from the property guys staff in Sudbury definitely paid off and you do get the satisfaction of being able to sell your own place.
