I had worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and enjoyed excellent service. I contacted the company about getting a loan in some form (HELOC vs mortgage) to get partial cash out loan against our fully paid for home. But, equally important was the personal, informed, professional one-on-one help from David Alton. A great company needs great people. Rocket Mortgage has one with David Alton. No… not nearly. Natalie reached out on a cold call to tell me about fha refi loans. I was skeptical and pushed her off a bit and she was pleasantly committed to helping.

A few days later I had a rate in front of me .75% lower than my current company. They wouldn’t even match.

Rocket crushed it every step of the way.
