He followed up his calls to me with a prompt email including the details that were discussed. He always asked me if I had any questions and explained how to get ahold of him for any future questions. He consistently checked-in to ensure the process was smooth. He spent ample amount of time explaining the offer letter and all perks and benefits that were included. Also, he explained all steps I needed to take that were required prior to me starting and everything was ready for my first day. Overall, great experience!"
