Danny was very professional and efficient with the process. We decided we wanted to buy a house when an opportunity suddenly popped up. We immediately reached out to Danny to help us with get things together. Within a span of five days we went from hearing of the house, getting documents together to get approved for a loan, schedule a tour of the house, put an offer in and were accepted. Within a span of five days we went from hearing of the house, getting documents together to get approved for a loan, schedule a tour of the house, put an offer in and were accepted. Within the next week he had a photographer come out to our current house to take pics and get it listed. We accepted an offer on our current house just a week after being accepted for the new house.
After that, Danny continued weekly communication with us to keep us updated on both the buying and selling ends of everything. A month later, we closed on both houses on the same day.
