The rate and fees Brian offered was significantly lower, which we were stoked about. What we also loved was how easy the transaction was. Brian made himself available to walk me through documents over the phone after Cali business hours, and I was appreciative of his availability so I wouldn't have to deal with these personal matters while at work. I also like that he had people check in with me every step of the way via phone, and I remained very informed. I loved that he sent a notary to our house for final document signing.
