Brian made himself available to walk me through documents over the phone after Cali business hours, and I was appreciative of his availability so I wouldn't have to deal with these personal matters while at work. I also like that he had people check in with me every step of the way via phone, and I remained very informed. I loved that he sent a notary to our house for final document signing.
