The only reason I gave him 4 stars instead of 5 is that when I switched from an escrow account to a non-escrow account, a $200 credit was removed from my closing statement. When questioned about it, Chris couldn't explain it but assured me I'd receive a check from Rocket Mortgage in the mail, which I did. That was the only glitch in a very smooth process. He is an "above and way beyond" person in his efforts to communicate, educate and comfort you when purchasing a home which can be a daunting and harrowing experience.
