He explained the process in great detail and allowed me to know exactly what to expect. The process did take longer than I had anticipated but Cory and his co-workers kept me updated at each step and walked me thru the online verification and document support. The title company representative was also impressed with how Rocket Mortgage conducted the process.

I started working with Cory in the fall of 2015 when I initially was starting to look into buying a house. I really had no idea of what to expect when purchasing a house so it was a little overwhelming to say the least. I was tied into a town house lease until June of 2016 so Cory had to deal with my non stop questions for 6 months . He has made an intimidating process into something enjoyable for my first house purchase. I am a service manager at a Ford dealership and I realize that good customer service is paramount , and only can hope my customers are treated as well by my staff as I was by Cory.
