I started working with Cory in the fall of 2015 when I initially was starting to look into buying a house. I really had no idea of what to expect when purchasing a house so it was a little overwhelming to say the least. I was tied into a town house lease until June of 2016 so Cory had to deal with my non stop questions for 6 months . He has done everything he told me he was going to and within the time frame he told me he would. I feel like he has become a friend and someone I can really trust and to look out for my best interests. This has been a long process because of my situation and he has been patient and understanding of my needs along the way. He has made an intimidating process into something enjoyable for my first house purchase. I am a service manager at a Ford dealership and I realize that good customer service is paramount , and only can hope my customers are treated as well by my staff as I was by Cory. Every question, every concern, every upload, he took care of it! After hanging up with him I always felt confident everything was being handled.

Cory truly was a friend through-out the entire process. He was so helpful and quick!! His response time to voicemail and email was incredible. One time I needed to upload a document in "Rocket Mortgage" and he called me around 7pm and walked me through. That's right he called me. He even reached out on weekends.

The entire Rocket Mortgage process was a beautiful thing. I have recommend Cory to several friends and will continue to do so. His knowlede in this field and his customer service is first-class.

Our home is gorgeous!! Cory put the keys in my hand just as he promised. I told him if he is ever out my way come by and see the home he helped make happen for me and my family.

Cory was awesome! Being our first purchase I had so many questions and concerns but he was with me every step of the way. He made the process super smooth and easy. I felt like I had a friend in my corner battling for me so I could take it easy. It doesn't get much better than Cory, except for his choice in hockey teams!
