While shopping for a lender I knew that I needed an agent who would be patient in explaining new terms and concepts to a first time home buyer, someone knowledgeable about my specific loan (an FHA loan) and someone who could act quickly in a competitive buying environment. What I didn't expect was to also find someone who managed to offer me all of that with a genuine warmth and kindness that made an understandably stressful process substantially more pleasant.
