Jack and the entire team at Rocket Mortgage were awesome. It almost felt as though he was attending to my loan and my individual situations only. I don't know how they streamline the process so well but when I say that he helped eliminate so much leg work on my end so that I could maintain my focus and continue to finish the work that I had started o. There were a few hiccups along the way due to some old medical bills of which a lien was placed on my home but Jack helped me work through them getting me the lowest possible interest rate, devising a plan to refi in 6 to 12 months and closing the loan. It's been 6 months now. And after the new year, I look forward to working with him once again to refi to a VA loan to obtain rock bottom interest and eliminate the additional PMI cost that i am paying now.
