Jack, and his team, were incredible!! When I initially applied for a mortgage I did it through Citibank. I had the WORST experience with them, and with only about two weeks left till my closing date switched to Rocket Mortgage. Jack worked very hard on my behalf and we were able to close on our first home. I wish I had known about Jack / Rocket Mortgage before I started with Citibank… it would...Jack, and his team, were incredible!! When I initially applied for a mortgage I did it through Citibank.
