The only knock on Michael was after I was "locked in" with my rate, I called him to ask a question and got voicemail with no return call. Everytime I called before being "locked in", I got an answer or a callback. No big deal honestly because the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team has someone in place to answer questions immediately.
