Mike was very helpful, but (as 1st time home guyers) I would have appreciated more clear deadlines on documents. It was very confusing what was due, when, and when we were contacted it was rushed. Some suggestions would be to clearly lay out the documents with their deadlines, an appointment to go through those documents, and more reminders.
