I could always call Sam for any concerns or questions I had. He was always available, if not he would always get back with me within 24 hours. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise to helped me get the best rate/loan. His sincere devotion in making this loan go through was with little or no effort on my part, he explained everything in detail. Obviously Sam has been doing a great job for a long time. I definitely appreciate all of the discounts I received to make this transaction possible and affordable. His expertise and understanding of the process was impeccable. In all of my dealings with Sam, he showed patience and tolerance-qualities in finding the answers to my questions and concerns. He is a vital and effective force in the company he represents. He maintains high standards in the industry. I give Sam Nehmeh a 10 out of 10. Thank you Sam for being my Senior Agent in this process.

While I had numerous customer service representatives calling me and asking me for the same information over 5 times, Sam got to the bottom of the matter. Sam was able to reach out to the underwriting department and find out why our loan was stagnant and not moving forward. None of the numerous customer service people who had previously called me had given me any new information. They were simply passing the buck and had no personal knowledge of our file. In my opinion Sam has an excellent work ethic . He was willing to help me any time . A real plus is that Sam is a friendly and personable individual. You can build a working relationship with Sam. He really had my best interest going through this process and even found an error on the sellers side which saved me $16K!!
