I was in a bind dealing with my divorce and had to buy the house outright from my Ex. Sumer was very understanding with this issue and assisted me with the purchase. I ran into some rather large bumps in the road due to the legal actions taking place. Sumer even made some calls for to my attorney to clarify some unanswered questions regarding legal issues. She not only talked with my attorney but...I was in a bind dealing with my divorce and had to buy the house outright from my Ex. She not only talked with my attorney but with my current mortgage company, which was just bought out by another company, about documents they were not furnishing to me. I strongly believe and feel she went beyond what is expected! At all times she kept an upbeat and positive attitude with me knowing I had a deadline to meet to purchase the house. I was teamed up with Sumer when I inquired about refi options while with another mortgage company. Sumer answered all of my questions, provided easy to understand examples when I was unclear of certain conditions,she was like talking to a friend so any uncertainty that I had was short lived. I believe she is a natural, and true professional.
