Like pulling teeth to get stuff done. Either he was on vacation or busy helping clients with higher amount loans. They changed the interest rate and gave themselves a huge raise by charging an exorbitant loan charge.

Tito did a great job with the overall process. The only issue that I think needs improvement with Rocket Mortgage is communication in regards to who is handling each step. It seemed that everytime I called I got someone different yet I was never told that someone else would be handling that particular step.
