I have been in the mortgage industry as a loan officer for 22 years... Since I was 16 years old. My lending specialties are all over the board, but I am very good at reading all types of income and creating a great rapport with clients. Communication is key. I enjoy working locally because I have been in this area for over 12 years and have closed over 1000 loans in the neighborhood which has educated me and brought me to a place where I am very knowledgeable about the local markets.

Daniel was a pleasure to work with . This was a difficult and complex loan which took time and fines . But with Daniel working for you anything can happen. He was always available and always on your side. This is what customer service is suppose to be like !

Daniel was awesome! Our's was a difficult loan but he came through for us. He literally spent hours on the phone tracking down information we needed. He knows and loves his job and gets things done for his clients. We talked often and he always made us feel like he was on our side. He even gave us pep talks when we needed them. Daniel is the best loan officer we have ever had.
