I have nothing but great things to say about Chuck. His professionalism and expertise made me choose Rocket over my own financial institution that I work for. Having Chuck as your loan processor feels like you are his only client. He works very diligent to ensure all of your needs and goals are being met. My wife was nervous about buying our 1st home and Chuck knew exactly when to dial things down and when to approach certain agendas. The thing that impressed me the most was that he was willing to drive 6 hours one way to complete are closing in person. When he asked me if he can come I was very surprised and aesthetic that he was willing to do so.
