I had been trying to work with another company before I had the pleasure of working with Moe. While I had a 7 week headache trying to get a pre approval from another company, Moe, who is a miracle worker, got me my pre approval less than 30 minutes. Not only that, due to the nature of cape cod housing being crazy, I had to ask Moe for about 5-7 different approval letters all within the budget but all specific to the houses that I was putting offers on. He was always available and if he was out of the office and unable to reach his computer, he always had someone to run to my rescue. He did not only make the entire stressful process of financing and getting the paperwork done, super easy and stress-FREE, but he definitely became the person I could count on if I ever had any questions. He is absolutely amazing, attentive, funny, respectful, super knowledgeable, very patient, and he's become a great friend.
