I had always worked thru a bank for my mortgage needs. I'll admit I was leery of a mortgage company. I contacted Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage, they lead me to Mortgage Advisor, Dan Rice. I was pesty, annoying, and difficult. Dan was amazing! Dan returned all my calls and answered my emails in a prompt, professional manner. He held my hand and walked me thru everything. Jeremy was great from start to finish. We hit some bumps in the road with an FHA filing that happened a bit too early, but when most were saying we would have to wait 6 months to re-file, he went out of his way to insure that we overcame the hurdle and got the deal done. He was professional, and very responsive.
