Any time a person is financing or refinancing their home there is some skepticism of the process. What problems/hurdles will the loan company create? Will there be a bait and switch, after suckering you in with a advertised low rate? Will this be a long drawn out process.
Well, this wasn't the case with my experience with Rocket Mortgage and dealing with Josh Bowers. Josh was knowledgeable, friendly and very conscientious.
