Tito did a great job with the overall process. The only issue that I think needs improvement with Rocket Mortgage is communication in regards to who is handling each step. It seemed that everytime I called I got someone different yet I was never told that someone else would be handling that particular step.

I was having difficulty with local companies. When Tito came in to play he stepped up and got things done!
He was knowledgeable patient understanding and most of all he had a good personality.

Horrible experience. To start he waited two weeks to tell me that he needed more information from me and I had to reach out to him just to find that out. He would say one thing but then say another which completely contradicted what he said before, for example he told me that I couldn't get a loan because my debt to income needed to be under 71% but then told be my debt to income was at 61%.
