Mandy was super thru the whole process. She has a wonderful personality and wonderful to work with. I did not have a good experience with the loan process because individuals processing our loan had all the required documents and kept asking me for the same documents several times and I faxed several times. It's too bad individuals can't read what is received and delay the processes for several months and hit my credit several times.
