My experience with Eric was wonderful, he helped put me into a home when i was told by my personal financial institute that they couldn't because of a past problem. Eric checked everything out for me and assured me they could get it done. Good experience. But when I reviewed the numbers in more detail myself after refinancing, I realized it was pretty much a wash between refinancing and not for my loan. I somewhat blindly trusted that the numbers were better, in this case I wish I had not refinanced. If I would have just paid an extra $100 per month on my old loan, the payments and total paid are the same as my refinanced loan. ...Good experience.
