I cant say enough about dan rice he wnet out of his way to explain everything to our understanding. I wouldn't have wanted to go foward with the loan if it weren't for dan. Rocket is great company. If your having doubt reach out to them and they will help. I would if them 20 stars if i could. Were so happy with our house. Just stay on top of your paper work! Best advice i can give.
