I had never bought a house, did not understand the process or the language that was used. She explained things and brought me along. I work a 12 hour shift, 7p to 7a. Courtney worked around my schedule, calling me when it was good for me. She made house buying enjoyable. She also assisted in the search, sending me links to homes similar to what I was looking...If I could give more stars,I would.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mark did a wonderful job start to finish. The whole rocket mortgage experience was very pleasant and professional. My only issue was the private road agreement required by the VA. I had no idea what a pain in the bottom that would be. If future clients are going VA and live on a private road, that process should start as soon as possible.
