If we had questions we just emailed him or called him and he gave us answers straight up right away, never an "i don't know" or" ill get back with you" He showed us the Rocket Mortgage website for our steps of what we needed to do and if he needed anything from any other sources. If there was something specific he needed he just gave us a call and let us know exactly what it was he needed. He and Rocket Mortgage just made this home refinance so easy from any other finance or refinance we've done ill never go anywhere else.
