Tony is amazing. Let me explain, I work from home so I can live anywhere I want. When I called him, I gave him all my financial information and he let me know where I could get the best house for my money, and b/c taxes are so low in NC, he managed to get me the best mortgage possible. Not only did he do this, but I changed my mind on where I wanted to live, going back and forth through about 4/5 states, and he went with this. Each state I chose, he had a specialist ready to give me a mortgage. Thorough, knowledgeable, quick and so patient. I thought I would stay in NY, and my NY realtor told me he had a local mortgage broker, so I unfortunately I left Tony to go with the local guy. Well, the local guy let me sit around a whole weekend while I wondered if I could buy a house I liked, and I felt as if I was bothering him when ever I called to ask if a house I liked was affordable. With Tony and his team, he always responded to my questions on dozens of houses immediately and knowledgeably, with encouragement. After six months of not finding an acceptable house in NY, a weight gain of 40lbs later, I looked at a house in Wilmington, liked it, called Tony, and within a month I was a homeowner. He is now making it possible for me to buy an investment home in Charlotte. The best thing I ever did was call Tony, then go back to Tony, and now go back to him again. I wouldn't call anyone else and any nay sayers on Rocket Mortgage never dealt with a fast market where homes sell in a day and clearly don't need a mortgage broker who responds to you day and night and weekends.
