If you are looking for a mortgage loan Jason is your person. I have done 3-4 loans through Jason and it has been a great experience. Jason is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient, clearly explains the process and expectation. Always has time to assist with any questions or concerns making you feel like you are the most important client he has. When I look for a mortgage I don’t do comparisons I just go to Jason because I feel comfortable he is the best and will do the best for me.
He even changed a Realtor’s perception of Rocket Mortgage as she perceived the process unorganized, with lack of communication, impersonal. Even tried to convince me to choose a different lender. Of course I did not, and promised her an awesome experience. After the closing she was so “wow” by the easiness of the process, the customer service, the meeting of the time frames, the communication and personal touch that she mentioned how impressed she was and would not mind doing business with Rocket Mortgage in the future.
