I have to say Titto did an outstanding job for me and my situation. I had a few different situations over the course of this process and he talked all of them. I had two different deals fall through on other properties from the other side of the table before we found the perfect one. He worked tirelessly on all of my options to put me in the best position possible for each one of these potential opportunities. I had a lot of questions along the way in addition to changing situations. He was always there to answer, adapt or modify my options, as the situations on first 2 were very fluid and constantly changing.
