My experience with Pedro and his team was excellent !! I could tell they incorporate LEAN principles into their process. After having a major bank chain say they could get to a qualification letter for me in a week.. I got ahold of Rocket Mortgage and 15 minutes later, Pedro had my qualification letter. I was hooked from there, I tended to provide more information up front that I believed was needed and he ran with the ball; always checking up and checking back. We had a short time to close due to making the new school year and a 30 day close out of state.... I am sorry to say Pedro did not make the 30 days...HE WAS ABLE TO DO IT IN 13 DAYS!!!!
