Chuck was very personable and patient. This was our first endeavor into financing a home. He took the time to explain every step thoroughly. He would make sure that my wife and me understood everything before we progressed to the next step. Unfortunately not every customer of Rocket Mortgage / Rocket Mortgage will have the benefit of working with Chuck. But I believe that Chuck is the rule, not ...Chuck was very personable and patient.
