Jack was extremely helpful and professional throughout my refinance process. I wasn't optimistic that Rocket Mortgage could help me out but Jack informed me that there were several programs I was eligible for. It's mind-boggling how easy it was and I couldn't be more pleased. Anytime I had a question, Michael was there to answer it. I got a great rate and couldn't be happier. With his help and a bunch of other people at Rocket Mortgage, they saved the day and we closed on Friday at 4:00 pm. I will be forever grateful. Tito and I worked well together. He listened to my needs and suggested a product that would fit my needs but didn't push anything that I didn't want. I submitted things as soon as he asked for them and he didn't waste my time by losing paperwork or asking for anything redundant. He was available to answer questions but didn't take up too much of my time.
