Chuck went above and beyond for my loan. During the closing phase, I had an issue with how my escrow was being calculated. I had zero luck getting this resolved with the closing coordinator so I called Chuck and he helped me get in touch with the right people to get it resolved. Not to mention during the application process, I told Chuck I was very familiar with the loan process, which he recognized early on and then just got to the point with everything. I really appreciated this, because he just gave me the numbers, answered my questions directly, and just told me how it is. I wish more people would do business like this in general. Everyone is busy, so I appreciated it when a company does everything it can to be efficient with their customer's time.
