Chris is very personable and down-to-earth. He made the process as painless as is possible, given the preponderance of paperwork necessary to purchase a home. I also really liked Rocket Mortgage's system (Rocket Mortgage) for its ease of use and keeping me updated on progress and steps I needed to take. Chris is also dedicated and committed to getting loans closed on time. The only reason I gave him 4 stars instead of 5 is that when I switched from an escrow account to a non-escrow account, a $200 credit was removed from my closing statement. When questioned about it, Chris couldn't explain it but assured me I'd receive a check from Rocket Mortgage in the mail, which I did. That was the only glitch in a very smooth process.
