Chuck went above and beyond for my loan. During the closing phase, I had an issue with how my escrow was being calculated. I had zero luck getting this resolved with the closing coordinator so I called Chuck and he helped me get in touch with the right people to get it resolved. Not to mention during the application process, I told Chuck I was very familiar with the loan process, which he recognized early on and then just got to the point with everything. I really appreciated this, because he just gave me the numbers, answered my questions directly, and just told me how it is. I wish more people would do business like this in general. Everyone is busy, so I appreciated it when a company does everything it can to be efficient with their customer's time. He helped facilitate the process, even when things did not always go smoothly (for example, when the bank that held our HELOC made it difficult to obtain a payoff). He was the first person that we made contact with at Rocket Mortgage and was always there for us during the entire process of getting our new mortgage.
